Sh1p uses a prepaid wallet system for managing shipping costs. You add funds to your wallet, and we automatically deduct the cost when you purchase shipping labels through ClearJet.
This ensures transparent pricing and gives you full control over your shipping budget.
Add Funds to Your Wallet
Deposit money into your Sh1p wallet using a credit or debit card through our secure Stripe integration.
Purchase Shipping Labels
When you create a shipment, the label cost is automatically deducted from your wallet balance.

Shipping Label Costs
You pay the actual ClearJet shipping rate for each label. Rates vary based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. You'll see the exact cost before purchasing each label.
Payment Processing Fees
When you add funds to your wallet, Stripe charges a processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. This fee is clearly displayed before you complete your deposit.
Example: Adding $100 to your wallet incurs a $3.20 processing fee ($100 × 2.9% + $0.30), for a total charge of $103.20.
No Subscription Fees
Sh1p does not charge any monthly subscription fees, setup fees, or hidden charges. You only pay for the shipping labels you use and the payment processing fees when adding funds.
If you need to cancel a shipment or receive a refund, the credit will be automatically added back to your Sh1p wallet balance.
Wallet funds can be used for future shipments. To request a withdrawal of wallet funds to your original payment method, please contact our support team.

What happens if my wallet balance is too low?
You won't be able to purchase shipping labels until you add sufficient funds to your wallet. We'll notify you when your balance is running low.
Can I get a refund of my wallet balance?
Yes. Contact our support team to request a refund of your remaining wallet balance to your original payment method.
Are there any minimum deposit requirements?
There is no minimum deposit requirement. You can add any amount to your wallet that suits your shipping needs.
How do I see my transaction history?
Your complete transaction history, including deposits and label purchases, is available in the Wallet section of your store dashboard.
Do wallet funds expire?
No, your wallet balance never expires and can be used at any time for future shipments.
